When will I receive my Swimbaits.com Order?

We make every attempt to ship every order within 1-2 business days. However, circumstances may arise that prevent us from shipping within this time frame. On occasions, we have to verify a shipping address and will not ship the order until a response is received. We do not ship the orders on weekends or most federal and religious Holidays. If you placed an order after 11:59 AM CST we will not ship until the next business day. Shipping days and times are subject to change on Holidays.

 

Does Swimbaits.com ship Internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the US at this time.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Swimbaits.com offers a variety of shipping options to accommodate our customers. Some of these options will vary in price depending on location and shipping speed. Occasionally, Swimbaits.com offers Free Shipping inside the Continental United States. This excludes any APO’s, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. How long does it take for my Swimbaits.com order to arrive?

All shipping times given are estimated, as we cannot control any delays the carrier may experience. This should be taken into consideration when ordering with a deadline in mind, especially during the holiday season.

If Swimbaits.com is offering free shipping and this was the option chosen for your order, the estimated shipping time is 2-10 business days. Please note that weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Only certain areas have this option available.

We sometimes purchase additional “signature required” options on shipments for higher value swimbaits.

UPS Ground: 5-7 business days (Weekend Delivery only certain areas)
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Days (Weekend Delivery only certain areas)
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: 2 Days Early Delivery (Weekend Delivery only certain areas)
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Days (Weekend Delivery only certain areas)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business day (Weekend Delivery only certain areas)

Remember that all UPS shipping options only count business days as part of their guaranteed transit time. For example, a package shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air on Wednesday will arrive by Friday but a package shipped this way on Thursday may not arrive until the following Monday.

 

Do you accept returns & refunds?

Swimbaits.com does offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for most products within 30 days of purchase.

For new products, the item must be returned unopened and in the original package to receive a refund. In some cases, we may offer store credit first, if the customer would like to exchange.  The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us before we will process a refund.  Please email hello@swimbaits.com BEFORE mailing the product back to us to receive an RMA number.

For used products, please inspect the product images on the product pages thoroughly before purchasing.  Some used items may have small cuts/scrapes/nicks/etc visible in the product images.  Due to the nature of used swimbaits, this normal wear and tear is reflected in the price of the swimbait.  You can also check the product details page for any notes regarding the condition of the product.  We do not provide refunds for used products; however, we can offer store credit after the product has been returned in its original condition.  Please email hello@swimbaits.com BEFORE returning any products to receive an RMA number.

In most cases, we ship products using a mailing service that requires signature verification to be delivered.  We will not issue any refunds for any lost shipments in which the shipping provider obtained a signature upon delivery.

Once a refund has been approved after receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund within 1-3 business days.  It may take up to 5 days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
